100 Things Every Designer Needs To Know About People covers the psychology research that you need to know in order to design intuitive and engaging websites, software and products that match the way people think, work, and relate.

Human Tech Podcast
We are proud to be a female-majority owned small business with family values.
When we were a startup in 2012 we made the strategic decision to bootstrap (receiving little seed funding) to retain full control over the feel and direction of our business.
We put that passion for excellence into everything we do and are proud of what we have already built, and what we continue to build.
When you do business with The Team W you support a good cause.
Using our platform we have the ability to spread knowledge and skills in UX and brain and behavioral science to those who may not have the resources to otherwise have access to this important information.
We provide hours of free courses online that are taken by thousands of people around the world.
And we give preferential treatment and deep discounts to non-profits whose mission is to enrich the world and the lives of those around them.
People and organizations come to The Team W when they need deep insights on brain and behavioral science.
